Quick communication and the best price of the 4 bids I got for my 20x20 garage ceiling drywall repair (replacing a 4x4 section, taping, mudding, refastening other loose Sheetrock and retaping/remuding other loose tape elsewhere on the ceiling). Jacob, the co-owner came out for the estimate and did a great job on the repair. Professional and funny, he discussed options, arrived on time, finished quickly and cleaned everything up afterwards. "I am very pleased with the work performed by The Patch Crew. One of the workmen performed very innovative carpentry to rebuild two of the four walls enclosing the space between our pantry and a bathroom without having to destroy the vanity abutting the bathroom wall. (My wife and I had approached a few other companies, and they all said that it would have been necessary to destroy this beautiful vanity.) This same workman also expertly reconstructed the beautiful tile pattern that needed to be destroyed in order to remove mold that had grown in the enclosed space between the pantry and the bathroom. The Patch Crew also did an excellent job repairing several broken panels of wallboard located on the ceiling of our garage."

"The job went very smoothly. Todd came by on a Friday and swapped out the hardware. Rico came on Saturday and re-glazed the tub. It looked great. About 10 days later, there was a definite problem with some of the caulking around the tub. Todd came out the same day I called and re-caulked the problem area. "The work exceeded my expectations. The roof needed to be replaced and one whole wall was rotted out. He replaced the roof, used pressure treated wood for the walls and support boards. He also used tyvek. The repairs were higher quality than the original install. He even fixed the stuck latch. I was impressed with the careful quality work! Would definitely hire again."

Communication was key for me because it showed he valued me as a customer and he wanted to do the job. The painters were right on time at 8:00 and did exactly what was needed. I needed 2 bedrooms painted and had some patchwork needed from shelving that was on the wall and a black design on a wall that needed covering up. While I wouldn’t say the job was perfect (there is some paint on the ceiling and baseboards, which I wish wasn’t there. I like even painting without smudges or runoffs from the edges) I’m not nitpicking. There was some cleanup left behind for me, but very minor. Very professional and nice and I’m glad I called! Will probably use again. I have 2 bathrooms and a bedroom next on the list."
