One from a different broker was unable to quote due to a car accident. The other respondent was Navids Construction team, who from start to finish was courteous, thoughtful, and professional. They were very careful not to harm or dirty my home or its contents. Most importantly, they practiced very safe construction...safe for the team and safe for my family. In consideration for my family, since the scaffolding had to stretch across widely spread banisters/railing they chose to get the work done in one day, to prevent my family from needing to walk under the scaffolding that night and next morning,. The repair was excellent: a new piece of sheetrock, smooth mudding, and paint. I will definitely hire Navids Construction again."

Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."

"We started out discussing what I wanted done, and realistically I was told what was possible in the 8 hours I prepaid.  They did an outstanding job communicating about any issues that came up (such as drywall tape that needed repair, dents and nails that had popped.  They did an outstanding job repairing all the issues.  With the extent of repair to the drywall due to the fact that my house is 42 years old, they fixed every nook and cranny that I didn't even notice until they pointed it out.  They did a great job cleaning up.  They moved the furniture carefully and put everything back into it's place.  After they had finished what they had told me was realistic, they tried to finish another ceiling but ended up patching it and prepping it for paint.  They worked every minute.  Outstanding job!
