They told me what they were going to do and did exactly what you and I had discussed. They were neat and the clean up was great. The job was finished in a timely manner . Second, about two hours after the job was completed, it rained so hard. The garage area, that was not part of the job, had puddles of water in it The sump pump area, where the job was done was bone dry!ð   ð   ð   I am very happy with what I see. Since the heavy rain, I have not heard the sump pump come on yet. I am waiting for that sound . Question, should the wall in the sump pump area be painted and if so, how long should I let the area cure? They worked tirelessly all day to remove old concrete, lay a new pipe system, pour new concrete, install sump pump, and seals. They prepped the walls and sealed and painted with Loxon paint.
