When I bought my concerns to Dan - who I believe runs the show - he drove out to see for himself and offered a complete redo of the job at no cost to us. The incredible contractor who came over to fix things had to spend about 5X the time of the original installation to fix everything, which included reinstalling drywall before doing the actual backsplash. Not only was the new job absolutely perfect, but he went above and beyond in every possible way on our behalf. While this could have had a different outcome, I can say without qualification that Mr. Handyman earned my loyalty for as long as I live in this area. I highly recommend them."
