I explained that the control valve from my sump pump seemed to be malfunctioning over the phone, and within a couple of minutes of being on site and verifying the issue, he got to work. About an hour later, he had the part replaced and my sump pump functioning normally and much more quieter than it had been prior. He even cleaned out the basin the pump was sitting in and disposed of the yard debris that crept in. The homeowner and plumbing wisdom that he bestowed on our household was elite as well. Very professional, and they did a good clean-up job. We were initially annoyed that they had not cleanly cut through our tile (which we did not think to request), but we would have ended up pulling up and replacing the cut pieces anyway, so it really doesn't matter. Water problems in our basement have stopped! We are very satisfied."
