"Because of the great service from Best Buy I feel compelled to update my review below. My situation was complicated. A spring runs continuously under our slab, there was water in several places within our finished basement, and there was a leak under a supporting I beam. Best Buy, unlike other companies, warrants the entire floor, not merely the area around their work. This warranty is invaluable as my experience demonstrated. Andrew, the owner, and his crew came out at least 5 times, sometimes on short notice, once on Sunday, to figure out how to solve all of the complicated issues. They had to build a perimeter drain, a lateral drain, and a speed drain and they had to epoxy around the supporting beam. On one occasion I called because there was a damp spot in one place, but Andrew pointed out several others that I'd missed. Of course, it wasn't in his interest to do so as it required more work. I highly recommend Best Buy!"

"NV Waterproofing polyjacked my driveway and sidewalk. The initial quote by Evan was thorough and professional - he spent a good amount of time answering all my questions as well. Once I was scheduled, Dillon was on time and knowledgeable about the work to be done. He did a fantastic job and was patient with me while I asked questions along the way. The weather turned to storms a little earlier than planned, so we had to schedule another day for him to come out and seal the driveway. On the rescheduled day, he came back out and sealed, but then there was a small issue with the joint compound refills. We scheduled another day for the project to be completed and third time is the charm. He finished the work and it looks great. There were a couple small issues with getting back on the schedule (communication with the front office, aligning dates, but it was resolved quickly - just needed to continue following up). "$9,500 I was quoted for my concrete driveway and porch to be removed and a new concrete driveway and pad poured. I needed a culvert installed under the foot of my driveway for rain water drainage, it was agreed that a 4" pipe would work. When the crew came out to do the work, the demolition part went very smoothly but when it came to the drain I was told I needed an 8" pipe. The trench was dug for it including digging an 8" deep by 1 foot around hole in my nabors parking pad. Than I was told the grading was wrong. I told him water wasn't draining because the trench he dug for the 8" pipe he suggested was below the rest of the drain lines and the water will not flow untill it was leveled back out. He argued with me about it for about 3 hours wile the concrete was starting to be poured. After his own workers and I told him the 8" pipe would not work, we went back to the originally quoted 4" pipe and everything drained fine. After the concrete was completed the work looked great."
