Steven is very professional and gets back to you right away with any questions or concerns that you may have. The job was done in the time frame he projected and the price came out as quoted. "We started out hiring Comprehensive Property Solutions for gutter cleaning. And the job quality and personal interactions with John made us want to hire him for doing our basement remodel. The extent of the job was a total room remodel which included demolition of an old brick hearth, a ceiling that was falling down and old 1970's paneling on the walls. They did all the demo and clean up and then hung new drywall on the walls and ceiling, built in a closet, put up new molding and new lights. Johns communication skills are stellar and I never had to worry that I didn't know where we were in the projects process.
