Excellent for empty house! Also great for rooms with furniture and household things in them as long as they are properly protected. This includes floor and fixture protection. Mr. Omar came out personally the next day I talked to him and gave me a good advice on what what to do. I had 3 other quotes (including a friend of mine) but Mr. Omar's gave me the best quote (and to replace the wood with PVC material!) and he came very recommended from Angie's list. He's also kept his promise to clean up each day (because other contractors around the neighborhood left their work stuff laying on the ground). The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom. The owner came out to do the estimate himself. He was accommodating when I wanted to expand the scope of the initial project and came out a second time to give me an updated estimate. I provided painters tape in all the bathrooms and it wasn't used and there were a number of blotches etc. There is still paint on the light fixture in the master bathroom."
