After he left, I needed to go throughout the house and clean the thing layer of dust that had settled on all surfaces. He did recommend that we use an anti-bacteria and fumigation treatment because of mold he found in the vents (which he showed us pictures of) and had recommended purchasing a UV lamp to stop the growth of mold in the future. We opted to forgo the UV lamp, but purchase the additional cleaning options, which should have cost $275. It was clear that Val felt bad about the dust in the house because after we agreed to the additional cleaning, he dropped the price to $175 and also cleaned our dryer vent for free."
