"I just had a deep cleaning performed by Matt, Jay, Julius and all I can say is wow! Those guys worked very hard and diligent to ensure my system was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. They even repaired one of my vents. They communicated throughout the day of progress and recommendations. They showed me pictures throughout the day not just at the end. I just completed a 2 year house renovation so I knew ducts needed to be cleaned but it was proven that previous owners did not maintain the cleanliness of the system. These guys are awesome and I will definitely be using them for sanitation and maintenance cleaning going forward. Great customer service and job more than well done. Highly recommended."

"Flor and her crew did an outstanding job cleaning my house. I have used many cleaning services before and not one of them came close to Flor’s professionalism and hard work. I’ve never seen my house so clean before. Flor pays attention to every detail. So many other cleaning services wipe vacuum and run, but not Flor. She scrubbed everything that needed to be scrubbed. She washed the floors and yes, I mean washed. The floors need to be washed and not wiped. My house is clean from top to bottom. They did not miss a thing. Flor and her crew even wore shoe covers so that they did not walk on the carpets and all over the house with wet street shoes. I am thrilled to have met Flor and I am excited about continuing to use her services. Her prices are reasonable and competitive. Give her company a try, you will not regret it!"

"Damien is excellent! Very efficient and polite. He was very careful moving throughout the house and cleaned up. What a great job! Highly recommend!!"

"Cleaning service was outstanding. They cleaned my house for over 4 years and were professional and dependable."

"This a great company. I think they called the same day that I contacted Angie’s List looking for area rug cleaning. My contact was Christina, who was very helpful and just all-around nice throughout the whole process. We set up an appointment date and time, and I was sent email and text reminders so I knew exactly when the technician, Dave, would arrive. Dave was great too. He cleaned the area rug in our condo with minimum disruption. Our condo is pretty far from the parking area and he had a hose that made it inside. Dave is also very nice, so nice the we requested him for another carpet cleaning a week or so later. Both carpets were thoroughly cleaned. I believe the pricing was fair and competitive with other companies doing this kind of work. Next month I will be calling them again for duct cleaning."

"Hugh promptly returned to spot clean after an old stain bled through after the initial cleaning. I highly recommend Hugh for both carpeting and stretching"

"We have been having our home cleaned by Jane and her awesome cleaning crew for about four years now. Over the years, we have always appreciated the cleaning team's attention to detail, professionalism, and friendliness. Communicating with Jane is easy and she is very responsive to any questions or specific needs."

"Best Air Quality and Restoration did a spectacular job! I can't say enough about the employees. They did an outstanding job! They were punctual, polite and followed social distancing protocols. They assessed the home and cleaned the air ducts quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with their service and highly recommended this company. I purchased a new home and had them come clean the ducts to improve the homes environment. They showed me before and after pictures and I noticed a difference right away"

"Wonderful cleaning service! Would definitely recommend."

"Tasked with Pressure Washing of House, Walkway/Driveway, Deck and Shed - for small rambler home. Inquired via phone on Thursday, discussed details on site on Friday, and cleaned home the following Tuesday (5 days from inquiry to completed project!). The window trim and soffits in particular, look good as new - and the house looks fresh/crisp. Luis uses a lower pressure sprayer with soap solution first, followed by spraying rinse. With over 16 years experience, he carefully cleaned caulking areas, screens and an expensive front door - with no problems whatsoever. What sets Martinez & Son apart from others, is that work is done by the technician who performs the pre-bid walk thru at the project site. You don't get a quote from a salesman, only to farm out the actual work to another team on the day of the project completion. You can rest assured that specific details of your home pointed out during your pre-bid walk thru will be noted, since your speaking to the person who will do the work! Luis was extremely professional, punctual and thoroughly cleaned up the site when completed. Without reservation, I recommend Martinez & Son to anyone looking for a high quality Pressure Wash Cleaning of their home."
