They did a great job. A little bit pricey, but I guess you gotta pay what you gotta pay. They did a great job. It was expensive for that. They were quick, and they did the job on time. They were very quick to respond. I would defiantly give them a shot at something else, but I don't foresee anything in the near future, hopefully.

I was about to buy a new garage because I thought it could not be fixed.  The repair was so good that I did not have to buy a new door.  He made a beautiful repair.

I had responded to an online special and paid with my credit card online.  when the tech came i had to pay him again. $125.00. I submitted an email but got no response.

The estimator contacted me quickly after I left a message inquiring about services. He scheduled an appointment to take place within a few days of the initial call. He quickly assessed what needed to be done. The most impressive part was that he didn't try to sell me the most expensive items and services they had. He really focused on what I needed for the space I was working with. The follow up initial installation appointment was within two weeks. It would have been much quicker except for the snow and extreme cold. (the structure required cement). The first glitch was minor. The crew arrived the day before they were scheduled too. I was there so it was not really a big deal. But it did cause me to have to reschedule my day. They build the structure quickly. They followed up promptly inquiring whether I was satisfied and to schedule a follow up visit to install the garage door. This is where the second glitch happened. They didn't show up on the agreed upon date, that I had confirmed with a follow up call. I had taken off work, so I was pretty frustrated. They promised to be there first thing in the morning the next day, and they weren't. I called and left a nasty message and got into a heated discussion with the estimator. After that however, everything went well. They arrived while I was at work and completed the job that day. The work product was very professional. It looks great. The garage door operates perfectly. I'm giving this an A because they were very responsive, professional, and worked to address my frustrations in a timely manner, and the end product was nice. And the price seemed to be within the range of other estimates. I read through a number of the other reviews and it seems that a fair amount of people have had scheduling issues. I would suggest to the company to work to improve communications between the office staff and the technicians. It would go a long way to improving the overall experience for a lot of folks.

They sent an inexperienced person. That only knew how to tune the door, He couldnt fix the issue.

Was uniformed by company that now my garage door when closing can do bodily harm to anything in its track.

What happened is, I purchased it and they never got back to me. I forgot about it to some degree. I did post on Angie's List that I purchased this and they never responded. So, I got a call one day from a woman representing Capital Garage Door and she said that she had been monitoring Angie's List and saw what I had written and how I was rather displeased with it. She said, "I will have someone out there tomorrow if you're available and they will do the tune up free". That next day, someone was out here, replaced the rollers and did everything they were supposed to do and the tune up and so I told this woman that called that if they made it right, I would go back to Angie's List and update what I wrote. So, that's what I'd like to do. Initially, it had been very low but they did what they said they would do so I guess I would give them A's not for the initial but for the follow-up.

Tuned up my garage door. Very thorough. Offered suggestions for how to improve functioning. Did NOT try to upsell me.  Will use this company to replace both my doors in the future.

Repairs took two visit because not all the needed parts were on his truck.
The door that needed the most work is still not quite right.  It comes down with a crash instead of lowering in a controlled manner.
