Followed up by leaving a voicemail and text message (per instructions on phone tree) the day before and even more crickets. Called back morning of the appointment and appointment had been canceled stating they had not received my email or messages. Perhaps the technicians are great, but I’ll never know since communication with scheduling is lacking."
