"Five years after installation, a piece of aluminum came off a corner of the roof and exposed some wood. I contacted the Whiting Company and sent pictures via email. Within a week, they sent a crew to perform the repair, no questions asked and at no cost. It's rare to come across a company that responds so promptly and professional, in fulfillment of a warranty request. This is my first Angie's List review."
