They explained everything to my mom, who was home, and called me to verify what was needed for the repair. The repair on took only 5 minutes. A few months ago, we had another company fix the toilet. Apparently they did not properly install it and it cause a slow leak. What impressed me is that Cipriano could have really charged a lot and over sold what needed to be done but they did not. They fixed the leak. They were honest, knowledgeable, courteous, quick, and really nice people. I would hire them again and plan to for future projects."

They were willing to move some of the big pieces of furniture and also installed a new railing. (Another contractor would not move any furniture and refused to do the railing.
