Apparently they did not properly install it and it cause a slow leak. What impressed me is that Cipriano could have really charged a lot and over sold what needed to be done but they did not. They fixed the leak. They were honest, knowledgeable, courteous, quick, and really nice people. I would hire them again and plan to for future projects."

"Dema Construction did a great job removing carpet from master bedroom, hallway, and stairs! They installed luxury vinyl plank in the bedroom and hallway and redid the stairs in wood. They were willing to move some of the big pieces of furniture and also installed a new railing. (Another contractor would not move any furniture and refused to do the railing. Lowe’s would only put carpet back on the stairs.) We have gotten a lot of compliments of the results! Below are before and after pictures."
