"Great! Samuel did an amazing job. He and his helper cleaned windows, sills, and storms so that they absolutely sparkled. They removed all the storms to wash them, cleaned off the screens and washed the windows inside and out. They had to move furniture around here and there and did so carefully without causing damage. "There was caulking out here and there were two skylights. He was supposed to be repairing the drywall around them. He started one and rather than putting up the drywall repair stuff and going to the next one while the first one dried. He stood on top of the ladder using a hairdryer to make it dry faster. He used his time so inefficiently. In order to get them both finished, I had to pay him extra and that should not have been the case. The work he did was okay. He did a decent job, but if you sign up to sell a Deal. You sell a Deal. The deal was supposed to be for three hours and I ended up paying him for five hours. It was supposed to be a Deal, but it was not a Deal."
