"Mike came to Annapolis yesterday to repair my central vac. Showed him the unit and then went inside for a short while and then asked him if he carried parts on what appeared to be a well-equipped truck. He said the motor wasn't on the truck; it was already installed. I was amazed. He was punctual, smart. fast and efficient and helped me use the warranty. Couldn't be happier with the service and expertise. Highly recommend."

"FABULOUS!! Ten Star Rating!!!!!! I can't truly say I hired Richard though. "I thought Justin was wonderful. He came quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed my machine the next day. He didn�t charge me for the first service call. He put in a new motor thereby saving me money of buying a whole new central vacuum. I had to pay someone before him just to come and look but I decided I didn�t think this first guy knew exactly what he was doing and his repair seemed too complicated. Through your service, I find Superior Vacuum and was very happy."
