Not a central air install but a mini-split. Installed in an older home with window units. The new 24000 BTU Mini-Split was installed, wiring work, and all cleanup was done by Zack HVAC Services in one day. Professional, efficient, and courteous team that delivered. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out for any future work or refer them to family and friends.

Zack installed a new HVAC system after my 12 year old system quit. He was very knowledge and professional from start to finish. He provided thorough estimates of a couple of different brands of units. He answered all of my questions to help me decide on the best unit for me. I really appreciate that he values function and quality over price. When it came time to do the work, he did not deviate from his quoted price. He explained everything that he was doing during the removal of the old system and the installation of the new one. He was open to answering any and all questions during the process. He offered a warranty on his work that was better than that of other estimates I received from other companies and also included a couple of maintenance services. Zack s quality installation, cleanliness, punctuality, courteousness, and attention to detail are a few of the things that make me highly recommend his services.

Was very knowledgeable about the issue and also gave advice in keeping the system more efficient. Really quick and informative with the issue.

Zack installed new window air conditioner. Removed and disposed of old unit along with packaging from new unit. Worked quickly and was very courteous and professional. Price was reasonable, but Zack does not take personal checks and was not made aware of this beforehand. Overall very satisfied with work and would use company in the future.

I appreciated that he honored his quoted estimate when other vendors gave a wide range for a relatively straightforward job, ie, dryer vent cleaning. Zack also offered advice about HVAC it humidifier.

This project required the installation of a new through-the-wall air conditioner/heating unit. The installer was knowledgeable, thorough, and his prices were competitive. In addition to completing the installation, the installer also offered important maintenance advise that will prolong the life of my new unit. I would definitely recommend his services without reservation.

This was for a ductless AC/Heating system (not a drop down option). Excellent customer service. I am already contracting with him on another job.

Wow! I can't thank Zack enough for fixing our furnace on such short notice! Not only did he come out on Saturday to diagnose the issue, but he also explained everything, told me about the tests he was running and the ranges we wanted to see, etc. He then had the parts ordered and installed Monday night. I never experienced such a quick turnaround with anyone else. He is professional and courteous, and I will definitely use him again!
