"Ductz of the Upper Bay Region cleaned my ductwork today. The team was professional and friendly. The cost was stated in advance as a firm price and not an estimate. They took before and after pictures which I found very helpful. The owner and his team went above and beyond to suggest ways that I can best maintain my A/C system to minimize the need for cleanings in the future. I recommend them highly."

"Aaron is professional, friendly, honest and was very knowledgeable. Walked us through the process from start to finish. He went above and beyond and gave me great tips to increase the lifespan of my AC unit. I would recommend him to anyone needing HVAC services"

"Scott came out and diagnosed the problem with precision and skill. Unfortunately the supply place for the parts closed early yesterday for Black Friday. He went there early in the morning and came back and fixed our furnace quickly on Saturday at no extra charge. Excellent Customer Service and work. Highly recommend to All. Scott is a true professional."

"Best Air Quality and Restoration did a spectacular job! I can't say enough about the employees. They did an outstanding job! They were punctual, polite and followed social distancing protocols. They assessed the home and cleaned the air ducts quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with their service and highly recommended this company. I purchased a new home and had them come clean the ducts to improve the homes environment. They showed me before and after pictures and I noticed a difference right away"

"The sales rep was very attentive when coming over and designing a solution to our heat and air needs. We were able to get a large team of workers here and knocked out an entire house install in one day. Some trash and miscellaneous items were left in our yard. When we needed additional items from the sales rep he will respond back saying he will take care of it but still has not. I have brought this up to him over 4 times and I still get nothing. The price seemed pretty high, and we had to shop the price around some but the company came with good financing options and some guarantees that others could not. The mini-split units work great."

"Our dryer vents from the center of the house to just under the second story eves. He did a great job of cleaning it from both ends, and adjusted the dryer hose to an optimal length and resealed it with tape. Also cleaned vents well. I am very particular about mechanics, handymen, and service people. Mack's is on the short list of people I will hire again. The serviceperson was polite and personable as well as very competent. And, he took pains not to track up the carpets. Mack's is a good choice. You'll be satisfied w the results."

"The two gentlemen who installed our new air conditioner and gas furnace worked together with incredible teamwork, skill, and attention to every detail. It was quite remarkable to see how skilled they were in the performance of their jobs. They were also both very professional and personable. I highly recommend S.M. Mechanical LLC. to anyone who needs a new air conditioner or furnace."

"Alvin the tech is absolutely the best. Very knowledgeable I learned a lot of things about my AC unit. It’s great customer service with people like Alvin makes glad and know I made the right choice with Blue Dot"

"Sunday 6/22 my mom's air conditioner was struggling. We called Aireserv who set up for their tech Bryson Bean to come out to mom's house. From the bright greeting smile as he introduced himself to the going over everything he was very professional and patient with all my questions. Highly recommend Aireserv for any of your heating and air conditioning issues. Thank you Bryson for being so you and personable."
