"Alan came on time and thoroughly evaluated my home's HVAC and duct system. He agreed that the duct work that I wanted done would likely solve the issue with my system and home. "I bought a house that was in a really terrible condition inside. It was filthy beyond imagination. 
The parts of carpet I wanted to save was very dirty, and had serious stains. 
HydroClean sent a 2-person team. The men were very professional, wore protective covers on their shoes. 
It took about 3-4 hours to vacuum and shampoo 3 rooms and a set of stairs. I got a pair of shoe covers so that I could walk on the still wet carpet. It took about 8-12 hours for the carpet to dry out. The results were immediate - from disgusting, the carpet turned to beautiful. 
After about 2 weeks, a few of the old stains started to show up, but I don't think I can really blame the HydroClean for that. I have no idea what the source of those stains is, neither does HC advertise they would remove all the stains. 
Overall - a very high quality work, totally worth it. I used a $400 coupon for the job worth $600.
