He gave me an estimate, but the Aire Serv guy never did. They just looked at our current unit and told us what our options would be. We decided on one of the options because it would be more affordable. He said he would work up an estimate for his part of it, and that never happened. You didn't give me an estimate, so why would I give you my business? You obviously don't want the money, so I'll find someone else."

We were told on two separate occasions that we had a service plan with them, but when they were scheduled to do our maintenance, they called to say that we didn't have a service plan, it was canceled due to non-payment (it was never communicated that our plan had lapsed during three subsequent calls).
