The project was to repair/replace and clean the grout and caulk around a custom shower. When he found a serious structural issue due to a poorly executed patch job done by the previous owner, he recommended that I hire a shower installer to come assess the situation because of the potential for water leakage to the unit below. He had to stop work since the remedy may be to renovate the entire shower. He did not charge me anything for the time he had already spent. I appreciate that very much. I did follow his advice, hired a shower installer and am now re-doing the entire shower area to install the proper water proofing materials."
