"It took a few weeks but was worth the wait. Bob did an amazing job removing large ripples in the carpet of our Master BR. He stretched/trimmed it and now it looks new again! "I wasn't going to be home but when he said he was coming that day and that was completely fine. He was very nice and removed the branch that I needed removed and cut the branch up so we could give it to my daughter-in-law for firewood. He also seemed to have removed another branch that might have been dead. He was a kind man and I would highly recommend."
