He has excellent communication skills. You can always reach him if there is a question about something. He offered his services to clean and polish our dining hall and other vinyl floors that were very in need of extreme cleaning and polishing. We were able to use his equipment and materials with our church crew to do this major job one Saturday afternoon with no additional charge. The floors are beautiful.
