"Jim was hired to clean our church. He works for the church all year long. The types of service questions above, do not have his service listed. Jim goes above and beyond expectations with his cleaning. Jim will call me and ask if there are any special jobs that need attention. He is aware of our church schedule and special events. He has excellent communication skills. You can always reach him if there is a question about something. He offered his services to clean and polish our dining hall and other vinyl floors that were very in need of extreme cleaning and polishing. We were able to use his equipment and materials with our church crew to do this major job one Saturday afternoon with no additional charge. The floors are beautiful. He has offered to put a couple of more finish coats on these floors in the next couple weeks to make them look even better. St. Paul's of Hopkinton, MA couldn't be happier with his services."

"Great service - Martin and his team delivered. I called in a pinch to have my East Side rental unit cleaned for an incoming tenant, trying to thread the needle on June 1st, prior to the incoming tenant moving in. We talked through the scenario and Martin offered to walk through the space in advance to provide a more thorough estimate. This was appreciated, however I felt comfortable enough with his verbal estimate range to hire over the phone. Martin and crew arrived on time and accommodated a specific request for using a wood floor polish I provided, and made sure to check in multiple times throughout the cleaning to make sure all expectations were met. I'd recommend communicating any specific instructions or requests in advance to ensure expectations are set upfront. Will definitely call again in the future for my next apartment cleaning. "The technician from All Star came to clean the dryer vents in my condo as well as my 2 neighbors'. 
He did a very good job, although at first, did not quite return the dryer to its original place in the closet, causing my ironing board not to close correctly.  But I was able to fix it.  He also discussed additional work that All Star could take care of -
removing the mildew on my bathroom ceiling, that All Star has a special paint for.  He also cleaned some of the lint out of my bathroom vent, which he showed me was clogging the vent, making it inefficient - and causing the mildew on my ceiling.
