"The team is outstanding. I have a very difficult driveway for snow removal; plows cannot be used. The team comes by with shovels and snowblowers, and something to break through the ice if needed. It's also never just one or two people, usually 3-4, so they complete it quickly. My only negative is that it can take time for them to get to me and take care of it, because they manage so many accounts.
