"Russ and Mike adjusted their scheduling work to get our house's plumbing working again so we could move out of a hotel room and back into our house. Russ even came on a Saturday to finish the work when our washing machine water line burst and started leaking. Russ was polite and good with our two young children, particularly showing our three year old son some of the plumbing work he was doing which our son was keenly interested in. He worked quickly and while I am not a plumbing and thus cannot judge with expertise the quality of the work, all of our pipes are now working better than they were before the freeze.
