"RORHI completed our basement renovation. They did fantastic work, and all the contractors were highly professional: the framers, the insulators, the drywallers, the electrician, and the finishers. They went above and beyond to accommodate some special requests, like installing a commercial dehumidifier and finishing the walls of the storage closet, which were not part of the original scope, which greatly enhanced the finished look. We had a great experience working with Evan, Mike, and Matt (the initial estimator), as well as Inmer (finishes and framing), Eddie (painter), and the electrician. Despite minor miscommunications leading to necessary changes, they promptly addressed our concerns, sending someone immediately or the following day to resolve issues. Overall, we were impressed by RORHI's dedication and responsiveness, and we plan to hire them again for our next projects."

"Replaced our entire roof in one day in just about 7 hours. They cleaned up all of the shingles and other mess well, with nothing left on the ground. The trash bin dug up the front yard a bit, but that can be easily re-landscaped. The only thing they forgot is to re-attach the cable line to the back of the house, but we managed that. The roof looks great and Paul explained the process and used the best materials."

"Went well.  The torrential rains the following week revealed that the upper end of driveway near garage needed to put built up a bit more to keep the rain from puddling.   The guys came back a week later, after the rain stopped and build up the driveway.   They burnt the tar to blend it into the existing driveway.  
The driveway is a difficult one to do.   There is absolutely no grade to work with - it all had to be built up.  
TMC was the only company who said they could do the driveway with out a drainage system.   All the other contractors would not consider it.    We did not want the drainage system because it does not work.  We are all ledge and granite underneath.
Looks beautiful!!!   Will definitely have them back to do other work."
