"Chris and Bob (Ortolani and Sons) did a SUPERB job. My wife and I have been in our home for 40 years. We don't remember ever being more pleased with any work done by anyone for us over all this time. We not only got a great paint job, with lots of carpentry to put the house in condition to be painted (replacing bad siding, rotted and damaged trim, bad exterior door sill, etc) but we believe we received excellent value. Not only was their work excellent but the whole job process was smooth. Chris and Bob were consummate professionals, finding things that needed doing and doing them without prompting. We felt they went above and beyond. They probably feel they were "just doing what was required" which is one of the things that makes them special. My family was in the painting business. I know how hard my father and grandfather worked to achieve the high the standards they set for themselves and what they did to please their customers. I saw the same level of care, skill, and meticulous attention to detail in the work that Ortolani and Sons did. I can provide lots of examples. If anyone asks Ortolani and Sons for a reference, I will gladly provide it and share some of the specifics behind this rave review. I have already recommended them to friends in both MA and NH."

"I was thrilled that Leo from Crystal Painting could get his painters to do the work almost right away, which was what I needed. I never met them, but my tenants said they were very professional and cleaned up well after themselves. The only reason I didn't give an Excellent rating was because I did think the price was a little high. But since I didn't have much time before the re-inspection, I did not get estimates, just hired the first company I hired. So it's possible that this was a good price and in that case, I would rate excellent!"

"Wander and his guys did a very sloppy job with the painting of the interior of our house. Everywhere I go there are parts I need to paint again myself because he either hadn't sanded the wall properly, completed the two coats, or even brushed properly (so you see the brush strokes). To make matters worse, I asked him at the beginning of the work if he knew anyone that could refinish our floors, and he said he could do it. He did an absolute disastrous job to say the least, to the point where I had to get rid of him halfway through the project and still paid him 3k for his "service". I ended up paying someone 6k to fix what he had done... If you ask my advice, you're already spending a lot of money for whatever job you want done. Add a bit more to whatever Wander tells you and go for someone who will at least put a smile on your face when the job is done and not wondering how to fix what he has done."

"Alencar and his crew were exceptional. The process was professional from start to finish. I needed ceilings, trim, and walls done in most rooms of the house. The walls were riddled with holes from the prior owners. His team was amazing in their attention to detail, spackling, sanding and priming all the holes. "We researched for exterior painters on Angi’s List; Home Advisor and also looked through google reviews as well. There are a lot of painters out there, but we did narrow it down to five and obtained estimates from all. We selected Pete of Premier Painting and so happy we did. From the beginning he was timely with his follow up to our calls/emails; he provided an initial estimate based on information and photos and then met with us to do a more detailed estimate (which didn’t change, except for additional items that we decided to include). His estimate was competitive and we just had a “good feeling” that he would be the right fit for us and based on reviews, a good painter. Although we were initially going to be scheduled for Spring of 2022, at the last minute Pete had an opening in the schedule for the end of this season and began in September. His work is great; he sprayed and brushed our home and when he sprayed he back brushed for complete coverage; he is neat; cleans up each day; is organized in his approach on how and what he painted so as the front was done first both trim and body so from the road it looked complete. During the course of his being here, we ended up making some changes in terms of stain treatment for our deck, which resulted in more sanding; adding an item or two and he has always been professional and agreeable. In addition to painting the entire exterior - our deck balusters were all stained brown and he is painting them all white - pretty labor intensive but the finished product is just what we hoped for. For various reasons he ended up painting our home by himself and he is here every day - 6 days a week, weather permitting; is communicative if he won’t be here for weather related reasons - and he even returned our dog when he was leaving and found her down the road. A pleasure to work with; we highly recommend.--"
