In helping us with the numerous decisions along the way, Jane brought high energy and enthusiasm as well as many great ideas.  It was definitely a collaborative effort throughout the whole project.
Jane had a well thought out project plan, which enabled the work to progress smoothly.  The project was completed within the estimated window even with some unforeseen, yet necessary, plumbing repairs to the upstairs bathroom.
We are extremely happy with our new bathroom, and we would highly recommend Superior Kitchens and Baths to anyone looking to renovate their bathroom.  We truly enjoyed working with Jane and her team.

Jan 28, 2016: We wanted vanities for 2 bathrooms and base and upper cabinets for a kitchen expansion. We were hoping to take advantage of free design services from Kitchen Design Center of Framingham (KCOF).

The cabinets did not meet our expectations. Instead of getting bathroom vanities we received kitchen cabinets for the bathrooms, meaning the vanities were significantly deeper than normal bath vanities. We provided the cabinet designer with specs for our bath sinks but the designer neglected to check to see if the sink would fit into the cabinet that they designed. After the marble counter was already produced we found out that the sink wouldn't fit and the solution proposed by Kitchen Design Center of Framingham was to cut down the sides of the cabinet and drawer boxes significantly. This solution was unacceptable and would void our warranty. Instead we found a replacement sink which would fit the cabinet and replaced the marble counter. Kitchen Design Center of Framingham refused to take any responsibility for their design error. Reluctantly, Kitchen Design Center of Framingham agreed to split the cost of the replacement marble counter, but insisted that these sorts of design issues happen all the time - yikes! In reality, we paid $580 for "free" design services.

The kitchen cabinets installation was also disappointing. None of the cabinet doors and drawer fronts line up as they should. The installers insisted that the cabinets were installed in the best possible way and said that it isn't possible to align the doors and drawer fronts, blaming the situation on the Wood Mode cabinets. During the design process we weren't notified that this would be the case. In fact, we don't believe that Wood Mode would make cabinets which didn't allow alignment of doors and drawer fronts. In fact, the entire rest of our kitchen is Wood Mode cabinets which align very nicely.

March 16, 2016: Following our initial review, Dave Bartlett at KCOF contacted us to see what could be done to rectify the situation. He agreed to pay the remaining balance ($580) for the marble countertop that wasn't used due to the sink change. He also agreed to come to the house and look at the door and drawer alignment issues. During his visit, he identified 2 issues and arranged to have these issues addressed. As a result, the alignment on the drawer and cabinet doors is improved.

"They were the first to give us a quote and were able to come out as soon as we needed them to. Installation was smooth, and they have been good at following up to make sure the system is working. Because our radon is still slightly high, they are doing another radon test and will follow up if it comes back high yet again. We would definitely recommend them to others!"

"Eddie came exactly on time and was efficient and competent. The only problem was that under one sink he left a substantial mess that I needed to clean. In fact, he got some of the sludge from the drain into one of the drawers in the sink cabinet and I had to wash everything that was in the drawer. It would have been helpful if he had asked for some newspaper to put under the sink and suggested that we remove the drawers before he began his work. One of the drains was easy for him to clear; the other (the one we had had trouble with) was much harder, but he did get the job done."

"I tried to clear both of these myself, unsuccessfully. Clearing one sink was complicated by some old and delicate piping that we didn't want to damage. He stuck with it, was very careful, and managed to clear both without needing to open walls or cut and replace pipe. Hurray!"

"I can't say enough about Watchman Waterproofing and the owner Dave. I got a few estimates for a drain because of water coming into my basement and decided to go with this company based on speaking with the owner Dave (Great Personality) and a fair price. He was very through walking me through each step of the process and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I needed to have the work done as soon as possible as I'm in the process of moving and with all the rain we've had and the rest of the week was not looking good with more rain to follow. He told me they were extremely busy and wouldn't be able to squeeze me in for a couple of weeks.The other company could start in a few days and their price matched Watchman by a hundred dollars. The next morning I get a call from Dave and he told me they had a cancellation and could start the work the immediatley I was thrilled! "Dennis did an excellent job replacing our electric water heater! We noticed our old one leaking one evening, and Dennis was VERY fast to respond to my Angi request for service. He was out the next day to install our new water heater and arrived promptly at the promised time. From start to finish, Dennis completed the work in just over 2 hours. He cleaned up the area nicely and took our old water heater with him. A+ 5-Star service for sure! Would highly recommend this friendly professional for your plumbing needs. :)"

"Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."
