Damian and the D Day Plumbing team were very professional and knowledgeable and provided an estimate with a couple different options and their related costs. They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. They made improvement above and beyond the initial job breakdown, all the while staying within budget. I will certainly consider them again for any future work. They made the process much easier, answered all our questions while on site and were enjoyable to chat with! Unfortunately, the office, has poor communication. We had to call many times, and were constantly told we would receive a call back and we didn't. A day+ would go by before we would have to call again. This was after signing a quote. The women who I spoke with more, was not pleasant. She provided misinformation on the work process, and seemed annoyed at our questions. Having to plan a day to shut down a business in the childcare field requires planning for the sake of our families, and we did not feel like this was easy to do with the lack of help from the office administrator. At this time, we would not recommend to other businesses in our field. Unfortunate, because the plumbers are great."
