Everything he did was done thoughtfully and meticulously. After new flooring was installed, he choose to return to improve one detail, so everything would be done perfectly. Over the course of 2 weeks, Richard and Charlie were consistently punctual and took great care to be respectful of our home (always used drop cloths everywhere they walked, swept/cleaned up after themselves daily & used the proper machines/filters so dust wouldn’t end up all over our house). Got the bait and switch bc they never did this and we had a cockroach infestation that went on for a year. They lied to me and then their manager claimed “we don’t see it in the contract”.
