John P. Insulation

We had this company come to do insulation for our whole home - attic and walls (through Mass Save). Not only did they do what was in the original contract, but they also added insulation to our garage ceiling AND to an open wall that was being worked on for an unrelated home reno project! They did 3 days of work in 1 day & stayed late to vacuum and clean up. They were very professional, extremely efficient, and I love that it's a family operated company. Ivan, their office resource who helped book the appointment, was also a pleasure to work with throughout the process. We highly recommend using this company for any insulation needs.

Ivan responded right away to request for quote, made appointment and was on time. Gave a professionally written estimate, explaining in detail, what product was being used in each area. This was a gut out for commercial space. We were waiting on rough inspection, so it was difficult to prebook it. As soon as inspector left, they worked us in at end of day. I would highly recommend John P. Insulation. I got three quotes for my insulation job and they were the most professional during the estimate. They provided pictures of what they were going to do. They fully explained the job and what I should expect. The quote was fast and equal or lass than the others. On the installation day, they arrived when they said they would, covered my floors and completed the work exactly as they said they would. I had them foam seal, blow in insulation, install soffit vents and vent a bathroom fan. You will not be disappointed in the quality.

The did an excellent job and cleaned up before they left. Everyone involved was very friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

5+ for service and quality. The other companies we spoke to didnâ t make our job a priority. We needed to reinsulate after a frozen pipe in our 4 season porch. We met them on Saturday and they did our job that Sunday. If you have a job that needs to be given a priority, call these people. Another company told us 6-8 weeks after waiting 10 days for an appointment. It is a family business that takes pride in their work and customer service. Dad has raised two amazing sons that we met.
