"Absolutely terrible experience with this company — completely unprofessional, rude, and a total scam. I paid $1,200 for a chimney cleaning and repointing, and the work cracked in less than a week. The job was sloppy, uneven, and poorly done, showing no attention to detail. To make matters worse, one of the workers even quoted us for an additional $5800 job that was illegal, practically impossible, and no plan to pull a permit. When I spoke with the owner, Dave, he cussed me out instead of taking responsibility. His office staff, Larry and Maureen, have ignored my messages for over a week and even tried to excuse his behavior by blaming their “delinquent custodian.” This company clearly has no professionalism, accountability, or integrity."

"Alex was hired to put front steps in front of my home. A small job as 2 other contractors never even showed up for a estimate. His work is excellent. He is on time, very respectful of the persons property and between his helper and him I do not know who worked harder. It is hard heavy work and was done beyond approach. "They are very unprofessional and are emailing me to reschedule an appt to start off, then when they show up the workers are picking at my steps and pulling pieces off of them without my permission or even starting the project I feel that’s vandalism!! Then the workers proceeded to tell me why was I doing a repair they need to be replaced and I said that’s what it was supposed to be. My request was an estimate for a stair replacement/rebuild not a repair. So they called their boss and he also stated that he thought he out rebuild on the invoice that I signed which he did not. So I asked for a refund of the $800 deposit I gave them. Now they are telling me I’m only getting 50% back because I signed the invoice and it states that if I cancel before 3 days that I will only receive half back. I understand I signed it yes but they didn’t do what I asked which is why I was cancelling their workers touched my property when they shouldn’t have and now my stairs are in worse condition and they won’t even answer the phone. They emailed me to stop calling them"

"After Lowe's came to clean the dyer vents at my condo building, my dryer was no longer venting. I contacted them and initially they said they would send someone to check the vent. They then called back and said my vent was never clean because it was disconnected and they could not help me. This was strange because the dryer was working fine before they came. Also, in my trash there was foil tape that you would wrap around the vent. This made me think that they did try to clean the vent despite saying they did nothing. I contacted my management company who said there were never any previous issues with my vent. I called Lowe's back and told them this and they still insisted that they never touched it but would check with the technician. I looked into it my self and found that in the section of the vent between the dryer and the ceiling there was a mass of lint the size of a small animal (see the picture). It was so large that moisture from the dryer had also built up and flooded the bottom of the vent hose. The building manager was then able to clear another mass of lint from the section of the vent in the ceiling and the dryer then started venting to the outside. It was never disconnected like Lowe's said. It seems they started cleaning it and just jammed the dust all the way back to the dryer. Why they didn't finish removing it is a mystery. If they ever service my building again, I will refuse."
