He gave me a reasonable quote for what I needed done and then communicated with me by email, phone and text to make sure I understood the job and knew what would be happening next. He had to coordinate the job with Eversource which was not easy at all, but he kept at them. He apologized to me several times for how Eversource kept rescheduling when it wasn’t his fault at all. When the day came to have it done, Sean and his crew were on time, got right to work and were very professional. And they always took their shoes off before coming in the house!
