They were good and they did a very nice, clean job. "The Technicians arrived on time (within scheduled window). We received a call informing us they were on their way. The technicians were very professional, took care not to track dirt into the house, explained what was done during the visit and the preventative issues they resolved during the visit. The cost of service is for the annual contract which includes two visits - one in the Spring and one in the Fall. $280 for PM service, $155 for HVAC Filter & UV Lamp replacement and $40 for Humidifier replacement pad. The next visit will require a charge for the HVAC Filter again (if we do not buy on our own)."
