"Rick and his team did an exceptional job ensuring the work was accomplished to my expectations. He is meticulous and maintains a high standard of quality. The prep work took a lot of time and he made sure it was done right. The end result was perfect. I had water damage by the fireplace mantel and now it looks brand new. The trim had not been painted since the house was built and when he finished it looked like new too. I would definitely recommend him and would use his services again.

"My wife and I contracted Mulligan Painting and Contracting and we couldn't be more pleased. From initial contact through completion they were extremely professional, responsive and dedicated. We desired to have the painting completed in time for our sons graduation party and they made sure it was done with ample time! Gerry and his son Kyle are very detail oriented and the result was a terrific job. When the crew was on site they very courteous, friendly and exceptionally quiet! Kyle made sure that at the end of each work day they put things away and made things as neat as possible and frequently checked in to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the job in process. They handled some additional requests we made with ease. As I stated we couldn't be happier with the process and result and highly recommend them!!!!"
