"One reason I hired A-Z was because they provided all three services I needed. Their response was prompt and I was able to get a free estimate in one day. "I you think there aren't any more gentlemen in this world, Patrick will prove you wrong. We had two big metal pieces from our roof that act as lightning rods/weather vanes that were rusted. Patrick sandblasted and primed them. They came out great! We had a miscellaneous piece of metal from a barn door that he also did. He was great to work with and very nice! I will hire him again once we have any future metal work. Great service!"

"Dharma is super knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and did outstanding work. Aside from routine powerwashing of bluestone, we had a more unusual discoloration in one area. Dharma used a localized sandblasting method and it looks amazing now. Fantastic work. And extremely reasonable prices."

Any porous surface is prone to algae, moss and other growths. After treatment I can use medium pressure to remove all the schmutz. https://www.housewash.com/
Vinyl siding cleans up like new. It's the only maintenance you'll ever need to do. I do offer the option of a wax application which allows me to guarantee mildew and algae does not return for 2 years. If it does return I rewash at no charge.
