I am a regular customer of this company. The do my spring cleanup, fall cleanup, trim, mulching, and lawn maintenance. I am always amazed at how great the yard looks after they are done. They keep the edges sharp and provide the little extras that other companies do not. They show up on time, are professional and thorough. If you want a great looking yard for a reasonable price, hire this company. Their work is excellent.

He chopped the trees down and left each tree where it was and left all trees scattered everywhere. The branches are still piled up in one area but the chopped up wood is left where the tree stood. The deal was for $899 but he charged me $2500 and then lowered it to $1600 if I paid cash. The backyard is worse looking now than before. He did not give a receipt even though I requested it several times. I told him that what he did is not what I wanted and he proceeded to tell me that the branch will be covered with the snow. I should not have paid but I am a single woman and did not want to physically argue but I will report this to the attorney general. To date I have not received my receipt. I reached out to Angie's list but I don't qualify to speak to anyone because I don't pay/subscribe to where i can speak to anyone for help.

Unfortunately the discretion of the work that was done in your residence done by you, was not the same combined with our landscaping, at the time of the meeting two prices were given with different way of working and the Lady agreed to make the cheapest price where it offered less amount of work, and yet after work done you did the job you wanted all the work done, we agreed to do it but you didn’t agree to pay the difference in price that was mentioned on our visit, unfortunately we can’t do anything about it to work if there is no adequate payment which we have made clear to you. We would be ready at any time to finish your work as long as there is the correct payment, but unfortunately the Lady refused to pay us the price that was agreed. We are ready for any repair to help you but with payment. Since we appreciate your preference, but we are disappointed because the choice was made by the Lady in relation to the price. If you are a woman of idea we are willing to do it at any time by paying."

Took a while to get in touch with them, but once we were able to speak they came out to the house to provide a quote. The tree was removed the next morning. Overall, an efficient, well-run operation. I will consider them for future landscaping needs.

He was hard to reach but after several days I finally reached him and asked for an estimate. Without seeing the property, he quoted $48 per inch of snow. This is outrageous even for Newton, MA.

We apologize for the delay in returning your call, the moment you tried to contact us, we were on vacation because we worked very hard in Spring, Summer and Autumn, we have no rest any day this season, we start at 7:00 am and we only stop at 6:00 pm with all the work to serve our customers in the best possible way, with that I all our employees deserve an honest rest for a new winter season, and so we return from our vacation, we speak with you client. Regarding the price, this is our amount that we charge per inch to each of our clients, and we did not visit the property because you did not agree with the amount and so you did not schedule any time. We are sorry that we did not like the amount charged per inch, but we work with this price for our customers and everyone is very satisfied that they know our work. Our customers are very important to us and that is why we do the best job possible. I hope you understand."

Let's be clear, you showed up at my house with full knowledge I would not be on-site, but insisted on providing me a quote for a variety of landscaping needs that I had at the time regardless. Upon arriving, you called me continuously, never leaving a voicemail, while under the understanding that I was unavailable due to work obligations. When I contacted you to follow-up on your missed calls, you became very frustrated and unprofessional, because I hadn't answered when you originally called and indicated I was wasting your time. I clearly, recognized due to the language barrier, there was a possibility that we miscommunicated and rather then getting frustrated I tried to find a middle ground. You offered me a quote of $2400 dollar for a yard cleanup, that was not consistent with your advertisement and refused to provide any tangible information that was indicate, why your quote was 8x higher than everyone else is. Rather then answering my question, as to why your quote was so high, you continued to repeat 'my friend , I gave you my price. You should have answered my calls, when I called you earlier.' There was no work agreed upon or planned for that day, so I'm not sure what the urgency was for, but what I am sure about is your lack of professionalism overall and I will make sure to communicate this in great detail under the review of your organization. Maybe you had a bad day, which is understandable, but at no point should that have been taken out on a customer. I have had numerous services performed via Angies List and by far this is my worst experience. Best of luck going forward!

On time, fairly priced, and hard working. Cida and his team showed up at my house when they said they would, they made sure of exactly what I wanted done, and then proceeded to clean and beautify my yard. They actually did more than I'd asked them to do, and my yard looks wonderful. I would absolutely recommend them, and I absolutely will use them again. Thank you Cida!!

The team was punctual and did a great job pulling a very overgrown area for weeds. They worked independently and distinguished between the bushes and the weeds very well. The bushes look great now that they can breath. They also hauled all the trimmings. They came when they said they would and charged a fair price. I would definitely hire them next time I have a yard job.

Jose and his crew came the same day as the job was requested and got the job down perfectly. One big tree over the electric wire was quite challenging but their crew cut the tree piece by piece without damaging any wire and near by structures. Brunches and debris were properly cleaned up after the work. Superb!

I have been very happy with all of their work. They are always easy to contact and I get a fast response. Their yard work is top notch and their workers are very professional with my wife and my kids. It is clear they have a lot of experience with lawn maintenance and tree service. Provider did everything I asked for and was very attentive to my needs. Provider was more than happy to come back for any finishing touches. The work done was excellent, and I would recommend them, both with landscaping and snow removal. General yard clean-up was great. Snow removed to my exacting specifications. Jose and his crew did a great job. They came to our house 4 times throughout the fall to clean up the leaves and the yard looked great after each visit. They are professional, punctual and thorough. Jose responded quickly to my initial call and scheduled an appointment that week to see my property. He even called to let me know that he would be 15 min. late. No other contractor has ever done that!

Great experience working with Roberto & his crew. They were very proactive emailing to schedule a time to come complete the work before the snow comes. They came with a group and were prepared to take down 3 trees (one that had branches hanging over a neighbors yard!!) and they worked through the tight situations without incident. They have been thorough cleaning up the yard. Great experience all around.
