Gentle that came were on time (actually a bit before) which was wonderful.  They were very pleasant.  Did a good job, except that my siding was lifted up in two places.  I did not see it when we walked around house to check out their work. I should have looked up slightly and I would have seen it.  
I had to get up on the ladder and try to repair.  I now have it taped.

What impressed me most was that every employee I spoke with explained  the means and methods that would be used to clean the exterior PVC trim and cedar shingles. The estimator and crew arrived on time and completed the work  in a professional manner. The house looks great!

Jeff arrived before the scheduled time and in less than thirty minutes the job was completed.    The siding looks new.    I am very happy with his work.

overall it went very well.  I mentioned the $175 deal offered on Angie's List, i did not receive that deal but we negotiated an acceptable price.  They were able to schedule the job in a timely manner, the workers were both very friendly and professional.  The office was easily reachable and very supportive and helpful.  A good experience overall and I would use them again.

I bought the Angie's List Deal of the Day and it was a great bargain.  According to JPW, the service would normally cost approximately 50% more.  They were very responsive to emails to set up the appointment. They'd promised to let me now the night before that they would let me know their ETA the next day, but they did not.  I knew they were coming, just not exactly when.  They arrived around 11 the next morning and completed the work in less than a half-hour.  They were very friendly, professional and efficient.  I was very impressed with the results.  I got their card and would recommend them to anyone!

Quick, responnsive, effecient and oiutstanding attitude.  I would say that Toni in their office is one of the best customer service people I have ever dealt with!

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal on June 11th.  I was immediately contacted via email to set up a date and time for Jeff's Power Washing to come to the home.  We agreed on a date 2 weeks out. Jeff called the night before the power wash was to be performed to give me an approximate time that his team was coming to the house and reminded me to close all windows and make sure outside faucets were available to use.  No one needed to be home while he performed the pressure washing.  The house looks great and we were very pleased with the results.  I wish all transactions / services could be streamlined / performed this way!  I highly recommend Jeff's Power Washing.

In My opinion they did a terrible job.   Last year Jeff's power washed my mothers deck that was over 30 years old that was in tough shape and he did a WONDERFULL job. He got all the stain and dirt off right down to the bare wood.. I was soo impressed with what Jeff did at my mothers that I planned on hiring him to do mine this summer.. My deck is 8 years old
They came to my house on 7/7/2014. When I got home from work at first glance I thought they never showed up. After another look it appears they did some work but never finished the job. I called Jeff's  and left a message and asked if they were coming back to do the work as the deck railing and spindles still have stain on it....   It looked as if the dirt and green slim came off but not as much as I thought should of..  It  was my impression and from seeing his website that when you power wash a deck the pressure washing cut thru all the stain and exposes the wood.   As it stands now, I can't re stain the deck..   Jeff's  office manager called me and said Jeff was going to go and look at the job his crew did and call me back..  When he called he informed me that is as good as it was going to get and if I wanted it down to the bare wood I would need to sand it.. If I had known that, I would of just sanded to begin with!! 
He DID offer to go back and re wash the deck to "see" if he could do any thing better and I said don't Bother!!!    I was very very very disappointed with this job.

They did a good job but they used a cleaning solvent (bleach?) that killed my 5 potted tomato plants on the deck. I would have moved them myself but they didn't let me know when they were coming. I called Jeff and told him what happened and he was apologetic and took $25 off the price. They do a good job but need to be more careful about what they are using.

It went great! They reached out to me right away to schedule the service at the most convenient time. They showed up on time. Performed the job with professionalism and throughness. I was very pleased by the appearance of the house after the cleaning, and would hire them again.

Chris and another man came to my house.  I told them I purchased the deal from Angie's List but I was also interested in having my deck and steps power washed.  They checked it out and made a call, and gave me a very reasonable price and did a great job on my house and deck.
