I recently contacted Dharma Surface Cleaning in Millis NA (under Housewash.com) to request an estimate on power washing my deck. Not only did Dharma fit me into his schedule that day to come to give me an estimate, he called back later in the day to say his schedule had shifted and if I wanted, he could come that day to do the power cleaning on my deck. He came when he said he would, was polite and efficient, did a great job on the deck and actually threw in some extra work at no additional charge. His work was awesome, moved and cleaned all the furniture on the deck and was done when he said he would be. And to top it all off, he was well over 50% less expensive than another quote I got to do the same work. I would highly recommend Dharma for any power washing needs.

Dharma was pleasant to work with. Beyond fair with his price and work executed. Quality of roof and house wash is good. He went way above and beyond and washed other areas such as stone walls, decks and walkways to round out the cleaning. The product used does discolor and/or kill some leaves on bushes so that is a concern and more care should be given to rinse bushes and grass thoroughly. I would use Dharma again.

For the past thirty years, my husband and I have washed our own colonial style house, mixing up a cleaning solution, dragging hoses around, brushing and rinsing one side each day, every spring. This year we decided to hire Dharam’s company to do the job, and we couldn’t be more pleased. He is professional, pleasant, conscientious, and very skilled, and his prices are reasonable. He scrubbed the algae off the roof, the deck and the brick walk; Our siding is now very white, and even the windows sparkle. We plan to hire him again in the future and recommend him highly.

Dharam was very professional and cared about the quality of his work. I had a hip roof colonial roof that needed cleaning of algae and moss mostly on the north side which needed cleaning.

We have worked with Dharma for 10+ years and it is always a great experience!!! He is a hard worker and his pricing al more than fair. We have him pressure wash our house (siding & windows), our roof (shingles), and both sides of the 6' fence we have around our property. Dharma uses the best cleaning supplies so he does NOT have to completely BLAST the surfaces being cleaned, which we appreciate because it causes less wear and tear on the house, roof, and fence. We love Dharma and will be hiring him again when it's house cleaning time!

Dharma House did exactly what I requested. My roof looks brand new. He spent many hours not only cleaning my roof but also my pergola, stairs, part of my driveway and porch. I usually do my own power washing around the house, but we needed a professional this time around. In my search I found Dharam, who set himself apart from every other resource in that this is all he does. He is not a handyman, who happens to also do power washing. This is his specialty, and he excels at it. Dharam washed our siding, roof, and our brick walkway, which has not looked this good since it was installed over 30 years ago. Very important to note...Dharam does not "power wash" by blasting with high pressure. He uses chemicals that destroy mold, mildew, and lichen, which prevents them from easily coming back. In addition to effectively cleaning the exterior of our home, he is such a nice, friendly man, who works extremely hard to please his clients. We did not shop around much, but the price he charged us for the work he did seemed very reasonable. I spent the time to write this review because he deserves to be recognized for his honesty, his specialty, and his hard work. I would give Dharma Surface Cleaning 10 stars, if I could.

This was one of the best service experiences ever! Not only did Dharma restore my 14-year-old roof to "like new" condition, but he also cleaned my house siding, walkways, and patio. Amazing work quality. He came out 3 different times to clean my roof, just to ensure all the moss and mildew got removed. He also washed my siding and fence. All for a lower price than other providers did for the roof alone. So great work quality, communication, and price. Would definitely use again.

I had a lot of moss on my roof and I didn't like the look of it (I also knew it was going to shorten the life of my roof!). I was aware that you can't just power wash a roof, so I found Dharma who was recommended by my town's Facebook group and he did not disappoint. He was very quick to respond, was very descriptive of my options, and never applied pressure on what to select. I did the works because I felt the price was very fair as well. The final product looks great. Looks like I have a new roof.

This is my second time using Dharma's services. The first was to remove and treat my roof for algae growth. He did an outstanding job and even cleaned a few things on the house siding and vinyl fence for us. This time I had him power wash the asphalt driveway before I had it resealed. He did an excellent job (even the sealant contractor commented on it). And even inspected the roof as it is a year later and treated it as part of the job! If you need any roof cleaning or power washing, you should not hesitate to contract with Dharma Surface Cleaning. Dharma is excellent, responsive, and does a great job.

Dharma is super knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and did outstanding work. Aside from routine powerwashing of bluestone, we had a more unusual discoloration in one area. Dharma used a localized sandblasting method and it looks amazing now. Fantastic work. And extremely reasonable prices.
