"The initial build went reasonably well. We did find problems which they did come back and fix. I noticed a railing support that was cracked. I was told that I must of done it, that was that. The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."

Tao and his crew were meticulous on our floors and stairs, even spending an additional day to make sure our stair frame and plywood was level and secure before adding the treads and kick boards. Tao refinished the few rooms of existing hardwood we had at no additional cost and all of our new floors match our existing floors perfectly. Tao and Taozen flooring are the only company I will use on future projects. I cannot recommend them enough."
