- The Wall Basement Waterproofing and MasonryDan and his team were fantastic in every way! High quality work, very friendly people, efficient, and even finished ahead of estimated timeline. They answered all of my questions and checked in with me at every step of the process. We are extremely happy with the end result of each project they did for us. First project was waterproofing our (very old) basement, which involved repointing walls and support columns, filling in all gaps/holes around windows, and redoing the entire floor. Next, they demolished a door into the basement and created a brand new bulkhead that will fit under our plans for a new deck. Finally, they repointed the entire foundation outside and put in underground drainage piping (akin to French drains but without the pump) all around our house to pull water away to dry wells, ensuring the basement will really stay dry. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! We had multiple quotes for this work, and theirs was the best in terms of price, timeline, and attention to detail. We are already planning another project with them because we are so happy with their work. 10/10 recommended Dan and his team for any job you throw at them. If they aren’t the experts for the job, they come with recommendations for other contractors, too

I can't express how much I appreciate the hard work they did within my basement to redirect the ground water to a new sump pump; it rained out heavy the next two days and my basement was dry, and my new sump pump was working great! When I had a question he would get back to me right away. Dan also took it upon himself to power wash my door leading into the basement and the side of a shed close by the staircase. I had considered getting a new door because the old one looked so awful, but it now looks almost like new. If I ever need any other masonry work done I want Dan and his crew to do it

They have years of expertise in multiple areas of construction and can speak to you either in "construction " lingo or dumbed down common speak. Their finished product is superb and their focus is clearly on providing customer satisfaction. All my inquiries have been responded to timely and their design background was invaluable in the complete gut of my 1st floor bathroom. They are resourceful quick thinkers who can resolve all unforseen issues that arise. For example, when they were demo-ing the bathroom floor they removed 3 layers of old vinyl flooring only to find joists that had disconnected from the foundation. Rather than taking a shortcut by just laying down a new 4th floor, they reconnected the joists to the foundation and installed a buttress support system in the basement underneath. They could have charged me alot more for doing this but the cost was minimal bcuz they are intent upon providing the best product possible to the customer. Diorio B+C has also established very efficient relationships with a team of plumbers, electricians, masons, and HVAC professionals who coordinate superbly with them. I receive weekly texts from them with a schedule of arrival/start times for various projects. After the workday they spend time vacuuming and cleaning the worksite thoroughly. Also very impressive is the confidence and pride that they exude in doing their work
