They got back to us right away for an estimate appointment. They arrived on time, explained everything we needed done and what their company would do. Sent us an estimate the same night, which included everything we asked for, including a copy of their certificate to operate. We agreed to contract and signed it the next day. They sent us a date work would be done and arrived on time to do it. Work was done the same day, clean up was done perfectly and we paid them. We were very satisfied with entire process. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. We highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

Two main reasons for the negative review. The contract stated air quality testing would be conducted following asbestos removal. I asked about the test results and was told I would receive them after I paid in full. Once I paid I was forwarded a letter stating a visual clearance was conducted by a third party but no air samples were taken. Mind you I had to pay an additional fee for an industrial hygienist to simply look at my condo? I reached out to the state and found discrepancies in what the company reported regarding how much asbestos containing material was removed. Second the crew cut my window screen too move material outside quicker. The crew and manager denied doing it until security camera footage caught them in the act.

"We apologize for this bad experience with our company. The hygienist that was hired is from a 3rd party company. They made the decision to do a visual inspection and that was out of our control. Also, they would not release documents before the final payment. The measurements for the job were provided by you. Those were the same measurements that we used for the proposal that we both signed and in the submission to the state for a permit. As for the window screen, we told you we will pay for it in full because that is not what we stand for. That supervisor is no longer working with us."
