There is no communicating with the owner of this company. No matter what heâ s right even though 3 other companies proved he was wrong by installing the system the right way. Sad that I spent $15000 with this company and another company did it for $10,000 and my basement dry now

I recently purchased a new home with some sump pump issues and wasnâ t sure if the builder was giving me a runaround about fixing the issue. I wanted a second opinion from a professional. I called Watchman and spoke with the owner who gave me his opinion. He then offered to come out and take a look. Upon coming out, the owner gave me his opinion and recommendations which I could use to go back to my builder with. Watchman did not charge me for this and did not attempt to sell me anything. They simply advised me of some changes I could ask the builder to make as part of my new homeâ s warranty. Itâ s refreshing to encounter a company and owner that genuinely want to help people.

Unprofessional. Poor communications from co-owners David Kingsley, and Timothy O'Brian. Unwilling to accept responsibility for damages done. Based on poor assessment of job requirements. David Kingsley provided initial elevation, but is no longer actively involved in the business due to repeated mistakes assessing jobs.

Just before Christmas I had a rehab property ready for sale. At the last minute a very heave rain caused water into the basement. I called WW and described my dilemma. They came out to the property the same day and quoted the job. Two day later they arrived on site. Two days later the complete perimeter drain was in place. NO MORE WATER IN THE BASEMENT. This company is highly recommended!

Kudos to Bobby, Tom and Mark for a great job replacing an existing sump pump, as well as adding a new sump pump in an older portion of our basement. Despite having to overcome infamous "Cape Ann Granite" during the install, the team from Watchman Waterproofing persevered and got the job done. The finished product looks great!

Excellent service from estimate to scheduling then installation and clean-up. They explained how to maintain system. We already had a heavy rain and the basement remained dry.

I would highly recommend Watchman Waterproofing! Each person, in every department that we had contact with was professional, knowledgable and courteous. Every person that came to our house, Josh in sales and the workmen, arrive on time and totally prepared. The end result was outstanding! The crew at our home, Ricky, JJ, Shawn, Mike and Alex, worked well with one another and we re all respectful of our home. I can t say enough about the wonderful experience that we had with this company!

We had (I hope) a wet basement and got an estimate from a couple of companies. WW was the most reasonable. Right before they started working, I took another look at the drawing and they weren't going far enough to where we had discussed the water to be. They added a minor fee for the additional work. The workers were great. Pedro was very talkative and explained all they were doing very clearly. The workers cleaned up thoroughly. Part of the was a vapor barrier which does not look great so we'll see if it keeps the water from leaking in.

We have had a crawl space basement that has been prone to flooding during heavy rains. We also have a occasional issues with our garage flooding. After a very prompt visit to our house and quote, Watchman was scheduled to get to work in short order. The work the team did was very thoughtful and clean. Sump pumps are not cabinets, but the team treated the work with the same craftsmanship and attention to detail. The crew was also very good about checking in on how the work was progressing and options that presented themselves along the way. I would highly recommend Watchman Waterproofing and I am very glad to be done vacuuming out my basement.
