"My parents shower was leaking and causing damage to the ceiling below. Prior to calling Hurley and David four different plumbers had looked at the shower and could not find the leak. I called Hurley and David and they came to my parents’ house within a few days at which point we had the pleasure of meeting Tim, a master plumber. Within 2 minutes of him looking at the shower base he found the leak and explained clearly what needed to be done. We learned among other things that a kitchen drain had been installed instead of a shower drain. A few days later Tim retuned and in under an hour replaced the drain. He was friendly and very professional throughout his visits. I was so impressed with his work I will be hiring him to do some plumbing work in my house. "We contacted Stephen (who replied almost immediately to my voice mail) about removing several appliances (washer, dryer, fridge, computer monitor) as well as a couple of old doors and some concrete blocks.We had a tight time frame, because we were getting some new appliances the following week, but we wanted to be without the fridge for as little time as possible.  Stephen came out the same evening to give us a quote.  He was very nice to work with.  We were originally going to have the fridge brought downstairs to our laundry room to be a second fridge, and Stephen was willing to move it for us.  But he noticed that the doorway to the laundry room seemed small, and when we checked we found he was right - the fridge would not have fit!  So we asked him to just take it away.  We made an appointment for the following Tuesday afternoon at 1:00.  I had to change the time at the last minute due to another contractor (who was supposed to cap off the gas connection to the dryer) not showing up, but Stephen was completely flexible - he said he would come out the next morning.  He showed up exactly when he said he would, and it took him very little time to get everything on his truck.  He was quick, and left no mess.  We were very happy, and would gladly use him again."

"Quick & easy. The 2-man crew arrived within the designated timeframe, assessed the length and location of my vent tube and conducted the cleaning. They were courteous and responsive, and advised that I do a dryer vent cleaning every 2 years."

I was confident after speaking to Joe that the work would be done exactly as I had requested. His son, Anthony, was the actual serviceman and he was courteous and my questions were answered and together we agreed on the best plan to cover everything that needed to be done in the most efficient and least disruptive manner. He worked tirelessly to complete all the extra services I hadn’t thought of initially which involved cleaning the bathroom vents, replacing the bird guard on the outside of the dryer vent and also cleaning the refrigerator coils which it turns out were in pretty bad shape! He showed me pictures of before and after and the difference was remarkable. Although he needed to work longer to accommodate all my requests, he was kind and patient and did not make me feel guilty for adding extra work, although I felt bad that he had a very long work day!
