"My parents shower was leaking and causing damage to the ceiling below. Prior to calling Hurley and David four different plumbers had looked at the shower and could not find the leak. I called Hurley and David and they came to my parents’ house within a few days at which point we had the pleasure of meeting Tim, a master plumber. Within 2 minutes of him looking at the shower base he found the leak and explained clearly what needed to be done. We learned among other things that a kitchen drain had been installed instead of a shower drain. A few days later Tim retuned and in under an hour replaced the drain. He was friendly and very professional throughout his visits. I was so impressed with his work I will be hiring him to do some plumbing work in my house. "Very well: the ducts were filled with dust, dirt, and construction debris and now they are clean and shown to be so with their air duct camera. The technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. I'd highly recommend hiring them right after buying a house, especially if it is new construction. Also, if you have new filters on hand, they will install them for you after they are done. They have transparent pricing, you can pay online in advance, and I received a discount for doing so in April."

"We contacted Stephen (who replied almost immediately to my voice mail) about removing several appliances (washer, dryer, fridge, computer monitor) as well as a couple of old doors and some concrete blocks.We had a tight time frame, because we were getting some new appliances the following week, but we wanted to be without the fridge for as little time as possible.  Stephen came out the same evening to give us a quote.  He was very nice to work with.  We were originally going to have the fridge brought downstairs to our laundry room to be a second fridge, and Stephen was willing to move it for us.  But he noticed that the doorway to the laundry room seemed small, and when we checked we found he was right - the fridge would not have fit!  So we asked him to just take it away.  We made an appointment for the following Tuesday afternoon at 1:00.  I had to change the time at the last minute due to another contractor (who was supposed to cap off the gas connection to the dryer) not showing up, but Stephen was completely flexible - he said he would come out the next morning.  He showed up exactly when he said he would, and it took him very little time to get everything on his truck.  He was quick, and left no mess.  We were very happy, and would gladly use him again."
