Repair was bit pricey but feel it was quality job. Scheduled a follow-up with sales consultant on new equipment. That took 2-2.5 hours. Really thorough - amazing. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."
