Water Heater - Repair or Service
Tyler was the plumber that came to replace the expansion tank on my hot water heater. He did a great job, and I was very satisfied with the service. He knows his trade very well and was a pleasure to work with.

I called Epoch when I got in over my head on a renovation. Jacob came out within a few days of me calling (I was surprised at how soon I could get an appointment) and figured out quickly what needed to happen to get me back on track. He explained everything clearly as he laid out my options, and the prices were great too. At no point did I feel judged or embarrassed about what I had gotten wrong. He actually explained how I could do it the right way *for next time* Next time, I am just going to call Epoch.

Epoch Plumbing is an excellent company to work with. Jacob is professional, efficient, thorough, and friendly. He found a leaking, old valve that other plumbers missed. He also noticed that our water pressure was too high. The water pressure valve couldn't be adjusted, so he replaced it. He addressed several other issues as well. We were very happy that he noticed these problems--he is extremely knowledgeable and explains things well. His assistant Tam is very friendly too. Overall, they did excellent work, and we highly recommend them!

I had a leaking heating pipe (house is forced hot water) in a tricky spot in my kitchen. He had to cut a part of my cabinets to reach the spot, was very thoughtful while doing so to not damage anything that didn't need to be removed. Patiently talked me through the process and explained how it was done and why so I understood what needed to be done. Offered multiple options to resolve the problem. Pricing was fair and did not charge me extra for complications. Would definitely recommend.

He also took the time to explain options available and show me what was happening before the work was started and also followed-up with me to show me the work he completed. Jacob returned my call within an hour. He was able to give me 3 options a premium, midrange and economy. He took pictures and sent them via text showing me the issues. He then called me to go over everything. Since he was available the same day as the estimate he was able to complete the work that day. Once completed he texted me pictures of the work done.
