By having me complete her initial intake forms she was able to come to our first meeting fully prepared with suggestions, so we could quickly narrow down to 2 or 3 options for each item for me to go check out and shop for. Once I had my samples and selections she came back to approve and finalize fabrics and paints. If you're going to spend a lot of money overhauling your design, you want to make sure it's going to all work so it is a very good investment to hire Tess! Can't recommend her highly enough."

"Toshio was fantastic -- he came and looked at the job and gave a very accurate quote. His quality of work is superb and he cleaned up the worksite completely. He was punctual, professional and very pleasant. The fence looks great -- you wouldn't know that it had been repaired as the design Toshio came up with to fix the fence blends in perfectly. They answer phone calls, show up on-time, and go above-and-beyond to service their customers. They were happy to collaborate with our interior decorator to coordinate the design and installations. Perhaps more importantly, once the installations were complete they remained extremely responsive to any follow-up calls. For example, months after one of the installs we started experiencing issues with one of the remotes due to unrelated stray electromagnetic interference. We called to ask for help and that very same day they came back to the house to trouble-shoot and configure a work-around.
