Bay State did an AMAZING job with our house. We originally hired them to redo 2 bathrooms - then, after a different company backed out of our HVAC installation right before the winter, Bay State came to the rescue and did a wonderful job with the remodeling required for that, too. We decided to expand the scope of our home remodel (to include a kitchen remodel, opening up the floorplan, etc.) because we were so impressed with the quality of their work, and we are very happy with the results. It was a pleasure working with Marcio, Andreina, David, Marcus, Mr. Fixit, Dayna, and everyone else involved in the project. We are so glad we went with Bay State - they are professional, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and committed to quality. Also, they know how to make things look really good!

This was our second time working with Bay State and we were just as impressed as the first time. We expanded our kitchen and they made the process extremely easy and seamless -something very rare when describing home renovations! They were very attentive and worked with us closely to give us design ideas, provide mock-ups so we could easily visualize options, and follow up to make sure each step was done to our liking. Everyone they sent to the house was professional and friendly, and we have found ourselves recommending them to anyone who inquires about our beautiful kitchen! I wouldn't hesitate to work with them in the future.

I have done many remodeling jobs in my houses before but I must say that people at the Bay State Refinishing and Remodeling are simply the best remodeling professionals I have ever worked with. I loved working with the team at Bay State refinishing & remodeling from beginning to end. They were patient with me in deciding what I wanted to do, originally I was going to replace everything in my bathroom. After learning what "refinishing" was and they offered both refinishing/remodeling it helped save me money by choosing a hybrid. I replaced vanity/sink as well as the toilet but was able to refinish the tub, surrounding tiles and floor tiles. Money saved and no compromises on the look! It's great to work with a company who helps you in the decision making and gives creative options.

The project involved removing old floor tile, installing new tile on the floor, building a new tiled shower, tiling over existing tub area, and painting. Crew did an excellent job on tiling. Painting was ok, not the best quality.
