"NEQAS did the air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and chimney cleaning. It was my first time to use this service at all, so I can't compare the service performed by NEQAS to that by other companies. But NEQAS was great: the technicians(Mario, Eugene) were very courteous and eplained everything they did. After they left, I found one duct, right behind the refrigerator, wasn't treated when I replaced the refrigerator. Who would think of putting a vent right behind the refrigerator! When I called Mario, the technician, he immediately setup another appointment for the missing duct without any complaint whatsoever. I had seen their initial setup with a very heavy looking vacuum and all other stuff. So I felt sorry for them to come again only for one duct (for $10 per duct), but Mario said he would send someone for sure. And Joseph, another technician came with Eugene again and finished the job. Overall, I am very satisfied with this service. Their fee is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company."
