YOUR TECHJMP DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB HE FIXXED A BIG PROBLEM. HES BEEN HERE SEVERAL TIMES AND ALWAYS DOES A SUPER JOB

When my Central Air Conditioning stopped working in 85-degree weather, I had no idea who to call! I searched the internet and wrote emails to 9 different companies. I didn't hear from 7 of them at all, and Atlantis was the first company to call me back! They were at my house within 2 days and the minute Dave and Dylan showed up I felt comfortable! They were personable, polite, knowledgeable, and spoke in terms I understood. Everything they did was explained in full and I never felt like they were doing work that didn't need to be done, just to "upsell me". Not only did they show me the parts that needed to be replaced but explained to me WHY they needed to be replaced, HOW each part made the unit function and the cost of the part up front! I knew I could trust them every step of the way! I know the unit is 17 years old and I wasn't prepared to put in a new unit, but they truly found ways to make my A/C last a little longer for me without having to put in a new system yet. I can assure you that because of their professionalism, knowledge, fairness in price, and honesty, I will definitely be calling them when I do need a new unit! The company is extremely lucky to have Dave Mandeville and Dylan as a team! I'm a tough customer who holds repair companies to very high standards, and they exceeded every one of them!! Dylan is an apprentice, and I must say that he is VERY lucky to have Dave as his teacher and mentor! Dylan's knowledge and skills from the training he has received from Dave were impressive and just hearing the encouragement that Dave was giving him as he worked was amazing! They stand behind their work and their word! In the 17 years that I've had this house which I built new; I have never had a company do work here who I trusted more! I would very highly recommend Atlantis to anyone who is nervous about "getting taken" or being told they need something they don't. If I could give them a zillion stars, I would! Bravo Atlantis!

They're very responsive and came out on time. They explained what needed to be done and the cost for the job. Most importantly, they did not go over that cost.

Eric and his team were great. Even for the estimate the manager brought his installation team over to look at my home and go over all the options with me. They gave me a great deal for the time of the year I chose to install. Very professional and kind people. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again for future work.
